BENTLEY BRIDGE PUBLIC SPACE PROTECTION ORDER NOW IN EFFECT..

A new three year Public Space Protection Order (PCSP) came into effect on the 25/03/2026 at Bentley Bridge Retail and Leisure Park, aimed at reducing violence and Anti-Social Behaviour.

The order enables police to disperse and move on groups of 3 or more persons who are causing or likely to cause nuisance or disorder, or harassment, alarm or distress for 24 hours.

Also, no person shall, without reasonable excuse, wear face coverings which conceals or partially conceals his or her identity in the restricted area.
